We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. For larger furniture items, our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot, usually within 7-10 working days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship to addresses within the UK mainland. For delivery to the Highlands, islands, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a bespoke shipping quote.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and your unique tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
