At The Med, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing of your request.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account at www.themed.co.uk and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return slip inside the package.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
